LADS is a consultancy Solution Model developed by Dr. Robert Watts based his twenty years of experience as an organizational consultant, trainer, speaker and coach. It is an Action Research model that is similar to Action Learning, including, Learning the Client?s Course, Analyzing Gaps and Vacs, Diagnosing Capability and Motivation, and Strategic action planning.
