If one thing could be taught to the people, especially to the leaders, I will always vote for Emotional Intelligence in the first place. I am not regarding Emotional Intelligence as Panacea, but one thing is very certain that any leader possessing this trait can surmount other leaders who don't. This book is a scientific exploration that how the educational leaders can employee Emotional Intelligence into their job and how this distinctive competence can heighten their leadership attributes. Countries like Pakistan where there is so much potential in every field and so much is still needed to be done, one must start from the Educational Sector and it must be instituted at the grass root level for its lasting sway.
