Digital watermarking is a method of embedding useful information into a digital work (audio, image, or video) for the purpose of copy control, content authentication, distribution tracking, broadcast monitoring, etc. Two classes of digital watermarks have been developed to protect the copyright ownership, integrity and authenticity of digital images.
