Gender Norms Institutionalizing Masculine Identity Crisis: Experiences and Perceptions of Dhaka University Male Students

I think these male students need to be more careful about the responsibilities and try to eliminate the gap between masculine and feminine work by sharing work equally. If parents teach them about equality in household work than division between masculine and feminine roles in household can be removed. It needs long time to change peoples mind but changes from family can bring changes in society. Superiority to masculine identity can be removed in this way and all will be treated equally as human being and there will be no identity crisis.
