Muscat dragonet
Description
Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. Muscat dragonet is a species of ray-finned fish in the genus Callionymus. The Actinopterygii or ray-finned fishes constitute a class or sub-class of the bony fishes. The ray-finned fishes are so called because they possess lepidotrichia or "fin rays", their fins being webs of skin supported by bony or horny spines ("rays"), as opposed to the fleshy, lobed fins that characterize the class Sarcopterygii which also, however, possess lepidotrichia.
