The book introduces a new rapeseed oil processing technology, i.e. applying dry extrusion technology to the pre-treatment process of decorticated rapeseed. The technology will help to reduce equipment investment and processing cost. Moreover, the indicators of rapeseed oil made from decorticated rapeseed will be obviously higher than that made from hulled rapeseed, e.g. having a better luster and higher quality. Meanwhile, the dregs left after processing will obviously have a higher quality than the rape cake of hulled rapeseed.
