Chinese Qigong Outgoing-Qi Therapy

Divided into eight chapters, this book expounds extensively the general knowledge and theoretical basis of outgoing-qi therapy, the points, training, guidance and emission of qi, the diagnosis of illness by outgoing-qi, its principles and specific treatment methods, and the techniques for correcting deviations occurring during Qigong practice. Also introduced are 20 methods of training and guiding qi, 29 hand gestures for emitting qi and the skills of differential diagnosis and treatment of 45 common diseases. Some results of laboratory experiments of outgoing-qi are included to provide the scientific proof of the effects.
