The book Exceptional Children: Their Psychology and Education discusses various problems of children with remedial measures in the Indian context. Attempts have also been made to explain the complex and difficult concecpts in a simple manner. Chintamani Kar, Former Head, Department of Psychology, F.M. (Autonomous) College, Balasore (Odisha), has also worked at G.M. College, Sambalpur; S.C.S. College, Puri; and Bhadrak College, Bhadrak. He has written textbook in both English and Odia, which were recommended for higher secondary studies. He has contributed papers at the Science Congress and is currently working on a UGC Research Project.
