This book contains the original Sanskrit text of the Bhagavad Gita, a translation partly by Sri Aurobindo, and commentary drawn entirely from Essays on the Gita, Sri Aurobindo s principal work on this important scripture. The editor, Anilbaran Roy, was an early disciple of Sri Aurobindo, and prepared the commentary with the permission of Sri Aurobindo.
