This book, an outcome of a research study undertaken under the auspices of IDPAD (Indo-Dutch Programme on Alternatives in Development), touches upon the various issues linked to CPWRs (common property water resources) but mainly focuses on the institutional aspect using a case study approach. The book would appeal to a broad audience consisting of researchers, students, and development professionals. It comes with a CD containing the survey data for 1000 households belonging to the study region.
