Laws Preventing Land Alienation by Scheduled Tribes and Castes

This publication embodies the laws, legal and administrative notifications and orders of the Government and instructions issued from time to time in restraining transfer and alienation of landed properties belonging to the Tribes-Castes, during the pre- and post-Independence periods in the Agency Scheduled and other areas of implementation of Land Reforms in the State of Orissa.
