From Word to Sentence: a computational algebraic approach to grammar

This book deals with applications of algebraic and logical techniques to natural language processing. To every word of the language (here English) one associates a mathematical entity, its type. Even as a sentence is uttered or received, a parallel calculation on these types will produce a grammatical analysis, without exceeding the capacity of the short term memory to store information.
