The Big Bang goes out, the Fractal Universe comes in!

On releasing "Infinity in a Speck" in five languages:

"Infinity in a Speck" written by Yun Pyo Jung, which attracted a keen public interest when it was first published in 1994 by Sagyejul Publishing Co. in Korea, is now available in five languages: English, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Chinese. These five versions have been published by Fractalbooks Co. in Busan, Korea.

Prior to the first publishing of the book, the author had introduced his essay "The Enigma of 10^30" in the Monthly Chosun and published "Fractal Cosmology" in the second symposium of the Korea Jungshin Science Society. And his unique idea of cosmology, which was connected to the Buddhist view of universe, was the talk of Buddhist community so that not only regular newspapers but also Buddhist newspapers reported his idea in main titles.

The author denies the Big Bang theory logically in this book, and then he demonstrates that the universe is made in a fractal structure with the constant of 10^30.

The characteristics of the fractality of the universe have recently aroused the interest of some scientists, and many facts are being known according to the development of the space observation technologies.

There are many scientists who are skeptical of the Big Bang theory, but they don't have a practical substitute. The author asserts in the foreword of this book that: "Sooner or later the age of the Big Bang theory will draw to a close, and the age of the Fractal Cosmology will begin."

Apart from the content of the book, many people pay attention to the fact that an author has published his book in five languages by purely personal efforts because such activity is very rare in the field of publication. In addition to these five versions, the French one is now under translation.
