E-procurement

In recent years the countries of the Asia and the Pacific region have increasingly adopted information and communications technology to enhance government services and business transactions. However, successful implementation of e-procurement remains a challenge. This publication contains a summary of the proceedings of the International Conference on E-procurement which took place in Seoul, Korea, and aimed to assist the participants in defining priorities and specific actions for progressing to e-procurement.
