He served IUITK Surathkal from 1963 to 2001, SDMCTE Dharwad from 2001-2005 and RYMEC Bellary from 2005 to 2007. He is an experienced teacher and best selling author with 43 books to his credit. He has guided 70 students for their M.Tech dissertation and 6 candidates for their PhD. He is member of many national and international committees.
