Beautiful charming and free spirited Dr. Trishika Kapoor thrives on love and friendship and will do anything for the person who's sweet and nice to her. She's incapable of hating anyone but that truth ends when she comes across, the extremely handsome, but, dark and ruthless Dr. Aditya Khanna.
