The Liberty Haggadah: From Slavery to Freedom. From Exile to Independence.

This special Haggada is dedicated to the millennia-old national yearning for freedom and renewed independence of Israel, which reached a peak with the establishment of the State of Israel sixty years ago. In this unique copy of the Haggada the traditional text is accompanied by photographs and images associated with the festival of Passover and the Jews' national and personal freedom: spectacular works of art and folklore, impressive excerpts from ancient editions, photographs of the Seder in the Diaspora, and images representing the preservation of the Zionist spirit over the years in exile.
