MADHAVI KOLHATKAR, M.A. and Ph.D. (University of Pune), has been working at Sanskrit Dictionary Department, Deccan College since 1973. MUSASHI TACHIKAWA, Ph.D. (Harvard), is Professor Emeritus at National Museum of Ethnology, Osaka, Japan.
