Handmaiden of Trade: A Study on Asean-Australia Shipping

This volume is the result of a three-year research project carried out as part of the ASEAN-Australia Joint Research Project. Its focus on the problems of shipping between the ASEAN countries (excluding Brunei Darussalam) and Australia is intended to help in the formulation of policies for the promotion of closer economic relations between the two regions.
