I Was a Sixth Grade Alien

Tim Tompkins has been waiting his entire life to meet an alien, so when creatures from outer space contact Earth, Tim's dream comes closer to becoming a reality. Especially when the first ambassador from another planet insists that his son, Pleskit Meenom, be treated like any other citizen on Earth. Tim never in his wildest dreams imagined that Pleskit would become the first purple kid in Ms. Weintraub's sixth-grade class.
