Japan Enterprise Information Portal Solutions 2004?2008 Forecast

This IDC study shows that Japan's enterprise information portal (EIP) solutions market size in 2003 totaled 21.5 billion Yen. Based on an average compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 7.9%, Japan's EIP solutions market is expected to reach 31.4 billion Yen in 2008.

"Besides acquiring know-how on EIP construction, it is necessary for solutions vendors to continue to support user companies in establishing future system plans and to effectively leverage existing assets," says Hisashi Kajita, senior market analyst, Software Research, IDC Japan.
