Software tools used in the course include Microsoft Front Page 2000, Windows NT Server with Internet Information Server, Netscape Communicator, Internet Explorer, Corel Webmaster Suite, Corel PhotoPaint, and Sound Blaster Suite; the hardware configuration is a 333MHz Dell system. The course uses an innovative development paradigm with a project-based approach that helps students understand a Webmaster's responsibilities.
