From the supplier: United Seniors Assn (USA) spokesperson Steve Allen denied a New York Times allegation that USA Board Chmn Richard Viguerie sought millions of dollars worth of elderly contributions in exchange for a redirection of the organization's focus. Allen likewise disputed claims by New York Attorney General Robert Abrams that Viguerie exploited the association's profits for his personal use. The USA spokesperson added that the accusations were perpetuated by policians who would want to tarnish the image of the non-profit organization.
