From the supplier: National Assoc of Health Underwriters Dir Neil Trautwein and others contend that state efforts at health care reform could add up to a confusing mix of contradictory plans nationwide. Trautwein said that state efforts are premature since national health care reform would take precedence over state plans. A Maryland reform proposal has been criticized for not being compatible with national goals, while a Minnesota plan is quite similar to the Clinton Administration's proposal.
