From the supplier: A study conducted by the Environmental Law Review Committee of Columbus, OH, concludes that the city will spend $1.6 billion from 1991 to 2000 in environmental regulation compliance. The committee, which was formed in Feb 1991, recommends a number of measures to cope with the problems arising from environmental regulations. Consumers will be hardest hit by these mandates since they will bear the burden of rising prices in an attempt by industries to cover compliance costs.
