From the supplier: Four types of self-report formats used to measure children's physical activity were evaluated. Test-retest reliabilities were computed, and the self-report validities were assessed by comparison with an objective measure of physical activity, the Caltrac accelerometer. The results showed that self-report measures are heavily limited by the children's ability to accurately recall physical activity. Two self-report formats were superior to others, and had modest levels of reliability and validity.
