From the supplier: Michigan's legislators are under investigation for a financial scandal in which they allegedly misused as much as $740,000 coming from the House Fiscal Agency petty cash fund. The irregularities have already resulted in the suspension of agency Dir John Morberg and Deputy Dir James Heckman and the firing of six other employees. Washington legislators, meanwhile, are also being investigated for illegally using legislative staff and public facilities during campaigns held between 1989 and 1992.
