From the supplier: New Jersey is examining its auto insurance firms to evaluate how they are choosing their customers. Some insurance firms, such as Prudential, have been accused of not renewing auto insurance policies if the customer has no other insurance policies with them. However, Prudential denies such a charge, and New Jersey is asking the firm to look into the matter and report back on what they find.
