From the supplier: Consumption decisions reached during sale price uncertainty is analyzed. Analysis points out that assumption of perfect price information at the time of sale is not realistic. Optimal behavior can possibly be characterized intuitively. Increases in mean prices lead to diminished consumption under unexceptional conditions.
