From the supplier: Some tips on how to prevent computer malfunction in security systems due to power pollution are presented. Power pollution refers to all transient noise, such as surges, spikes, notches and other electrical disturbances, that are normal by-products of all commercial AC power systems. Computer systems may be protected by power conditioners, which filter out electrical power noise. Four components of an effective power conditioner are discussed.
