From the supplier: Metric Realty Inc conducted a survey of garden apartment dwellers to determine their characteristics and preferences. Three thousand three hundred thirty seven questionnaires were distributed and 1,821 were returned, indicating a 54.6% response rate. The survey form had 34 questions, three of which were open-ended. Findings indicated that garden apartment dwellers gave high priority to staff appearance and attitude. Location was shown to be vital to marketing strategy as above 40% of residents discovered their apartments driving by. Security features ranked high on residents' considerations in choosing apartments.
