From the supplier: A trend-setting cooperative arrangement between Learning Performance Corp and Hopkins Eisenhower Elementary School in Hopkins, MN is helping students attain outcome-based educational goals. In exchange for beta testing and feedback valuable to its product development objectives, LPC provides the school with a 30-station LANpro network, EasyShare IIx menu management software and its Prescriptive Instructional Courseware System. The network is installed on the school's Apple IIgs microcomputers, and serves the needs of 180 to 300 students per day. The PIC program is lauded by teachers for its flexibility, as it provides individualized print-outs that enable instructors to keep track of the rate of progress of each student on an individual basis.
