From the supplier: Drug abuse in Latin American countries has progressed at an alarming rate. Vagrant children who have been forced to work in the streets have fallen prey to such habits and have taken to glue-sniffing. The pandemic rate of solvent abuse, however, has proved beneficial to chemical manufacturers such as H.B Fuller Inc. and Henkel Chemicals. Despite their well-intentioned campaigns to regulate the sale of solvents in the region, the companies have done very little, if any, to control the rampant rate of solvent abuse.
