From the supplier: The laws regarding opinion writing, editorial humor, satire, criticism and libel are unclear and difficult to interpret. The US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia reversed its decision in Moldea v. New York Times after initially finding a Times book review libelous. The precedent set by the Moldea case will likely effect the level of court involvement in determining the difference between opinion and libel.
