From the supplier: An experiment was conducted to determine the accuracy of laboratory tests when evaluating the injection molding process. The time to inject the mold and the amount of filling were tested. Four rubber compounds of varying viscosities were evaluated on three different machines. A Rheovulkameter and two production machines were utilized. All three machines produced the same results. Further experimentation will be needed utilizing different compounds.
