It is mainly large, full service, urban hotels near high crime areas that need effective ERT. ERT members should have cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid training and these aspects can be covered by American Red Cross CPR courses. They should also have knowledge of bloodborne pathogens exposure control techniques, and know how to make an arrest.
