From the supplier: The University of Florida and Loss Control Solutions have conducted a survey, National Shopping Centre Security Report, which investigates the types of crimes carried out at shopping malls. A total of 352 shopping malls or 15% of those targeted replied. They indicated that serious crimes which had the highest profile were least likely to occur and that shoplifting was the most frequent crime with 24,503 cases reported in 1992.
