From the supplier: The workforce in US business is becoming increasingly diversified to encompass employees from possibly conflicting cultural backgrounds. The workforce is starting to try to maintain an individual minority identity as it becomes dynamically diverse, requiring the employer to adjust as opposed to vice versa. The workforce increasingly has no basic agreement on job performance, with differing ethical perceptions having an impact. Companies must recognise the existence of the diversity in order to manage it, with company policies used to implement strategies.
