From the supplier: Property and facilities managers can enhance their efficiency in building maintenance scheduling and recording, as well as in operating cost management by using work order and maintenance software. These programs develop schedules, generate and monitor work orders, keep track of all equipment breakdowns, systematically classify vital information, and provide access to historical records. In addition, most packages can generate inventories of all components and equipment that need maintenance or repair. There are several maintenance software packages now available in the market. These include Timberline Software's WorkOrder Gold, Maintenance Supervisor by MicroMain, Project Data Systems' FACTS, CAM II Maintenance Module by CAM Systems, American Computer Software's Computerized Maintenance Management, and AMSI's Maintenance and Work Order System. These programs are briefly described.
