From the supplier: The Metro Line construction in Los Angeles is considered one of the most ambitious and comprehensive transportation infrastracture projects undertaken by the local government. The Rail Construction Corp (RCC), the organization tasked to oversee the construction, is faced with tremendous challenges as management problems and technical complexities impede the completion of the project. RCC has maintained an open communication with contractors and has adopted a management philosophy responsive to contractor issues in order to successfully carry out the Integrated Metro Plan.
