From the supplier: Coleman Natural Meats Inc has developed a sophisticated tracking system to ensure that its meats reach the consumer without contamination. The Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point system involves 27 separate control points. Any package of meat can be traced back to the original animal through the computer database. Coleman does not allow any hormones and antibiotics to be used in the raising of its sheep and cattle or the processing of its meat. At each stage, the meat's purity is certified and attested to by affidavit.
