From the supplier: The technique of transfer enhancing practice of program articulation, developed to help students adapt to a baccalaureate completion mode, was explored by conducting a survey of transfer and articulation practices at institutions with two and four year programs. The four-year arrangement does not guarantee lower to upper division movement. Certain baccalaureate programs sanction transfer inhibiting practices specific to articulation issues in four-year institutions.
