From the supplier: Multi-housing laundry facilities can be a good source of profit in addition to being effective tools for tenant retention and relations. Building owners and managers can generate additional revenue by using the best technology in energy-saving laundry room equipment, design, security and accountability. Building managers should ensure that the laundry facility has machines that not only work, but are also energy-efficient. The equipment's design should likewise be a major consideration since the lesser the room occupied by the machines, the more space there is to rent. Accountability or tracking laundry profits can be done using the traditional mechanical counters or the newer factory-installed, computerized data monitors. As for security, new products are already out in the market that can greatly reduce theft and vandalism. The final consideration is selecting an experienced route operator.
