From the supplier: There are different forms of work commitment and variables such as job perceptions, attitudes and performance among insurance agents. Data obtained through questionnaires distributed among 221 agents is evaluated using multiple analysis of covariance and analysis of covariance. Results indicate that the forms of work commitment significantly influence the identified variables, but that these operate independently.
