From the supplier: The Model Employment Termination Act was designed to protect businesses from increasing costs which could result in a firm's failure. Small business managers and owners must support the Act to give their businesses added security. The law will give organized labor little reason to protect non-union employees which could increase membership into labor unions. The National Employment Lawyers Assn will lobby for amendments.
