From the supplier: Property owners are organizing against federal laws that devalue property and restrict an individual's right to utilization. They have launched legislative campaigns and court battles to overturn or limit legislation that infringes on their right to private ownership. Proposed laws supported by property owners require the federal government to pay market value for acquired property and to compensate property holders for any devaluation of their holdings that is due to government regulation. Such laws could make excessive regulation too costly for the government.
