From the supplier: The coordination changes associated with practicing a soccer kick were evaluated. Video recordings of six subjects were taken before and after they were allowed a 10-week practice period. Data was analyzed using a Peak Performance motion analysis software and t-tests. Data showed that practice resulted in changes in coordination patterns specially around the initiation of hip flexion. An increase in knee flexion before hip flexion was observed.
