From the supplier: Marathi poetry since the 1950s has been divided into several schools, groups and movements influenced by writers' ethics, social backgrounds and cultural beliefs. Six poets from three distinct literary generations are selected as representative of their groups. These are P.S. Rege, Mangesh Padgaonkar, Arun Kolatkar, Dilip Chitre, Narayan Surve and Rajani Parulekar.
