From the supplier: The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) requires persons or organizations offering examinations relating to certification, credentialing, applications or licensing to provide alternative accessible arrangements for disabled individuals. Recently decided lawsuits relating to this ADA provisions, however, show that the duty to accommodate people with disabilities is not absolute and that the disabled are not always entitled to what they ask for.
