From the supplier: Product displays are effective marketing strategies that can contribute to a retailer's profits. Merchandise such as paint can bring in big sales if it is bought with easy add-ons including drop cloths, masking tape, rags, roller brushes, stir sticks, thinner, fume deodorizer, scrapers, sanders and hole fillers. Hardware stores can assure good sales by displaying paint with the add-ons to encourage the costumers to purchase the products as a package. Product demonstrations is also an effective strategy to convince the customer to buy the products.
